Diaspora Site Tracker lets an owner living abroad monitor an overseas or diaspora construction project on evidence rather than forwarded messages. Site reports, photographs, material deliveries, expenditure and milestone decisions arrive in one place, each attributed to the person who submitted it and, where a decision is required, to the owner who made it.
Permissions are enforced in the database, not only in the interface: an expense is approved only when the owner approves it, and a milestone is confirmed only by the owner or an inspector.
Photographs, videos, receipts and reports are stored privately and opened through short-lived signed links, never public URLs. Each file records when it was uploaded, its checksum, and whether GPS or device metadata was captured with permission. FRELUX does not treat a photograph, EXIF metadata or a device timestamp as independent proof that work was done or money was spent, and a receipt image does not make an expense approved.
The ledger separates approved expenditure from pending submissions, reports the remaining budget and variance, and breaks cost down by category. Where a project records expenditure in more than one currency, the totals are not silently combined at an invented exchange rate.
Ordered, delivered and accepted quantities are recorded separately, so a shortfall or a rejected delivery is visible as a discrepancy rather than averaged away.
Invitations are time-limited, tied to the invited email address, single-use, and revocable; tokens are stored only as hashes. Project limits, member limits and storage limits are configuration values on the FRELUX plan, with pricing set by the plan itself rather than hardcoded here.
