Site & Soil Intelligence brings a project location, what is known about the ground beneath it, and the geotechnical documents behind that knowledge into one place. It exists to help a professional ask better questions before a foundation is chosen, and to keep screening information clearly separated from verified site investigation.
Soil classification is descriptive and carries no strength value. Screening values come from terrain models and regional sources; they cannot identify the soil on a site, establish a bearing capacity, or demonstrate that a foundation is safe. A scenario runs only on a bearing capacity the user enters or a reviewer verifies, and no foundation type is prescribed from a city, a neighbourhood or a map coordinate. No bearing capacity is ever estimated by FRELUX.
Uploaded reports stay unverified until an administrator or a qualified professional confirms them, and that decision is recorded against the report. Preliminary assessments are labelled as such throughout. Geotechnical interpretation and structural design require review by qualified, licensed professionals in the project country; the tool does not produce construction-ready structural designs.
