Bill of Quantities Studio

Build a structured bill of quantities from the results of your FRELUX calculations, then export it in a form a client, a quantity surveyor or a tender panel can read.

What the studio does

Why a bill beats a spreadsheet

A priced spreadsheet hides its method. A bill states the item, the unit and the quantity, which means two contractors pricing the same document produce comparable totals, and a client can see what they are paying for. The difference shows up at tender stage, when bids that appear to differ by 30 percent turn out to have measured different things.

Working with quantities you can defend

Every line in the studio originates from a calculation with visible assumptions: the coverage rate, the waste allowance, the number of coats, the thickness of the screed. That traceability is what makes a bill useful in a negotiation, because the answer to a challenge is a method rather than an opinion.
